But we can imagine that you would like to know why we ask for your personal information and what we do with it. We would like to tell you about this. If you still have questions after reading this, please let us know via our contact page.
All data that you leave behind us are securely locked with the most modern techniques. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data, simply cannot access them. If we give your details to someone else – you will read below why and when we do that – then we demand that the other person treats your data just as carefully as we do and only uses them for the purpose for which he received them. If you feel that this is not happening, please let us know via our contact page.
We use your data to see where our visitors come from via Google Analytics. Here we look at country, region and place and no further than this. We use data from your visits to our websites. You can read more about cookies below.
What else do we do with your data
We use your data for different purposes. After this you can see which goals they are. We use data provided by you for the purpose of requesting information, a quotation or an order.
Deliver your order
For your order we need your name, e-mail address, address, payment details and sometimes also your telephone number and possibly your company’s VAT number. With that we can deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. We also provide your information to others if necessary for an order, for example to the delivery services we use and to SWEPCO’s distribution center in Oostmalle, Belgium. We require these partners to handle your data just as carefully as we do.
We do not work with accounts online. Your data is stored in a STRATSON non-online system and used for delivery and billing purposes and to always be able check which products have been delivered to you in the past.
In this off-line account we store the following information: your (company) name, address (es), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details. Handy, because then you do not have to send this information to us every time.
You can call and e-mail us. To help you quickly with questions, we use your data in the offline system and we make notes that we save. Handy if you call or email us again. Data about the telephone conversation with you are recorded in summary. You help us in analyzing and improving our services and to quickly find information on previously asked questions. Sometimes we use a different party to answer your questions, such as manufacturers and suppliers of the products and services supplied by us. They never receive your data without your explicit consent.
Sometimes we use another party to carry out repairs on products that you have purchased from us. Those parties never receive your data without your explicit consent.
If you want to write a review, choose whether your personal details or your name are visible to other visitors and if we can contact you about your review. We keep track of who writes which review and reviews are always first viewed before they become visible on one of our websites.
No one is waiting for fraud, neither do we. If necessary, we provide customer data to the government.
Social Media is only used by us to send information about new products and services and to keep you informed of developments that seem interesting to us. Depending on your settings, we can see with some social media that you have visited our accounts. We do not do anything with this. STRATSON cannot access your social media account, but you can share articles that you like, useful or useful to your friends.

We never sell your data to others.
Are your data not correct or do you have other questions?
